Culinary Masters, an RR1 Signature Event, is set to return to Macau from 7 to 8 June 2025 for a third consecutive year—with a novel twist. A highly anticipated celebration of gastronomy, our groundbreaking annual event promises an extraordinary journey of discovery, richly coloured with the artistry and dedication of some of East Asia’s most distinguished and celebrated chefs.
Under the theme “Flavors of Harmony: A Culinary Journey Through East Asia,” MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters Macau 2025 will explore a fusion of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines like never before. Innovative techniques and global influences will create an immersive sensory experience, presented by a cohort of master chefs, this event is set to be the hottest plate this summer.
Leading the culinary charge is a formidable group of star-studded culinary giants: Cheung Yat-fung of three-Michelin-star Chao Shang Chao, Kang Mingoo of three-Michelin-star Mingles, Hiroki Nakanoue of two-Michelin-star Sushiyoshi, Pan Sihui of one-Michelin-star Aji, and Yang Dengquan of one-Michelin-star Five Foot Road.
Programme highlights include intimate cooking classes, expert-led tastings, tai chi classes, a Macau shopping tour, entertainment programmes, a Sichuan-inspired brunch at Five Foot Road, and more. Catch the highly anticipated “Macau 2049” residency show at MGM Theater, directed by the renowned filmmaker Zhang Yimou, explore Macau’s new cultural landmark, POLY MGM MUSEUM, where world cultures converge and traverse the Silk Road, and dive into ancient archaeology at “Brilliant Stars–The Civilization of Ancient Shu Immersive Digital Art Experience.”
