And that’s a wrap! MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters Macau 2025, our glorious celebration of all things gastronomy, returned to Macau for a third spectacular year, this time expanding its presence to include MGM COTAI and MGM MACAU. Our award-winning chefs—Cheung Yat Fung of Chao Shang Chao (Chaoyang), Kang Mingoo of Mingles, Hiroki Nakanoue of Sushiyoshi, and Pan Sihui of Aji at MGM COTAI—brought immense star power to the event, backed by a collective nine Michelin stars.
Honouring Macau’s designation as the Culture City of East Asia 2025 and its status as a UNESCO-recognised Creative City of Gastronomy, MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters Macau 2025 embarked on an adventure curated around the theme “Flavors of Harmony: A Culinary Journey Through East Asia.”
From a 9-Michelin-Star Culinary Masters Gala Dinner orchestrated by the four acclaimed chefs, intimate cooking classes with our celebrated luminaries, luxurious tastings featuring the finest brands and products, and engaging masterclasses led by experts in their fields, to indulgent shopping opportunities, immersive showcases, and guided cultural exhibits, MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters Macau 2025 was an elegant affair that appealed to all the senses, taking our VIP guests and RR1 Hong Kong members on an unforgettable journey to experience the unique culinary traditions and artistry of East Asia.
